Historical 3D animations
For a client Sinnema takes a dive into the past: How did Berlin look like when the wall was still standing? We research certain places and areas in Berlin and turn them via a 3D animation into life. At the end of each animation we see the status quo of each place at the current time via a foto.
Storyboard
In the storyboard we visualise how the camera movement will lead us to the different places along the Berlin wall.
Animation
The goal of the animation was to invite and transform the viewers into Berlins past.
Design
As the designs were depicting historical places, we made sure to be as precise as possible, by researching the places and using real references for the 3D design development.
